Description of the composition

The composition of Jette Black is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The signature of Jette Joop is clear in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Fruit, Floral and Wood. It also reaches into Sweet, Spicy, Gourmet and Musk. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Floral and Sweet.

At the opening of the pyramid you meet sparkling citrus opening notes: Bergamot, Orange, Peach and blackberry. Exactly these 4 notes build sunny vitality that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the heart you notice Iris, Lotus, Orchid and Rose carrying a velvety rose-iris direction. At drydown level the composition is fixed through Cedar, Praline, Tonka bean, Vanilla and musk, shaping a warm vetiver trail.

The gender direction is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

In summary Jette Black sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best experienced on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

A pleasant fragrance, sweetish and very appetizing. It's no longer childish, but with a hint of femininity. It reminds me of praline candies filled with various fruits and berries, with a generous layer of powder on top

I noticed this perfume because of the red bottle. At first, I thought it was something from Oriflame, but the name turned out to be different. I applied it to my hand, and overall, I liked it. It's like a sweet jam with berries and rose, quite rich, with a slight tartness. I like such scents, but there's something heavy about them that makes you ponder
