The composition of The Essentials Pure Man evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Jil Sander is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette emphasizes a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

As soon as the fragrance opens you catch incense warm first notes: Elemi, Juniper and Mandarin. These 3 notes shape enveloping resinous depth that anchors the first impression immediately.

When the opening settles you meet Bamboo and musk keeping a structural woody direction.

I first encountered this fragrance at Pulkovo Duty Free. I tried to convince my husband to buy it, but alas, we flew away without it. It's fresh, with notes of juniper and greenery, a bit resinous. It's an ideal masculine scent, more for everyday wear, though not for special occasions. We remember it fondly, it was really very pleasant
