Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Retinol Science unfolds as a layered story, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The style of Judith Williams is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum supports the depth and body this composition needs.

At the opening of the pyramid you meet vibrant berry first notes: Freesia, Lychee, Orange and Pomegranate. Exactly these 4 notes form sweet sensation of summer nectar that is impossible to miss.

In the middle phase you meet Apricot, May rose, Osmanthus and Peony holding a harmonious floral direction.

The olfactory framework rests on these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Musc with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Wood expand the olfactory volume in the background.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Floral, Fruit, Citrus and Wood. It also reaches into Musk and Whiteflower. At family level the scent maps to Floral and Fruit.

In summary Retinol Science reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best experienced on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.
Sillage
Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This rose blows your mind! Fruits, juiciness, brightness - it's memorable. It reminds me of something from Givenchy, although there's no patchouli here. Rose with raspberry - very expressive
