About the Perfume

Kemi Blending Magic is an Italian alchemist of perfumery, born in Florence in 2014.

Its creation, Jabir, is a unisex fragrance from the Parfum collection, released in Perfume Extract concentration.

The fragrance belongs to the Oriental and Floral families and has a very strong sillage.

Story and Inspiration

The name “Jabir” refers to Jabir ibn Hayyan, the legendary father of alchemy, whose experiments laid the foundations of modern perfumery.

Inspired by alchemical transformations, the brand dedicated this fragrance to the great scholar.

The composition was created by renowned perfumer Christian Carbonnel (Chris Maurice), whose signature is evident in the bold combination of notes.

Character and Scent Profile

Jabir is a spicy, oriental-floral unisex fragrance that opens with a sparkling, tart accord before revealing a velvety floral heart.

The base is warm and flowing, leaving a long-lasting, memorable trail. Thanks to its extrait concentration, the fragrance offers excellent longevity and richness.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.
Sillage
Very conspicuous
5
Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The rose clearly dominates here. It smells pretty rich, quality is great, all the notes are on point. But it's missing a certain mystery, and musk with powder are just too common
