Description of the composition

The composition of Dimple unfolds as a living composition, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Kimberly New York comes through in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum supports a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Sweet, Drinks, Aromatic and Fairy. The palette also extends to Gourmet. From a family perspective the scent maps to Gourmet.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a cozy sugary mood: Dark Chocolate, Espresso and Peppermint.

The heart and base are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Aromatic and Gourmet without random overlap. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

Taken together Dimple sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best judged through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

I can't tell if I like this or not. I wouldn't eat chocolate with mint, but the smell of this combination is quite interesting. The fragrance reminds me of Ritter Sport chocolate with mint, but surprisingly, it's much sweeter 🍫
