Shalimar: the history of the first amber fragrance

Meet: Korres Anthos — an eau de toilette launched in 2022. This unisex fragrance belongs to the floral and fougère families, but smells unexpectedly fresh and aquatic.
The creators were inspired by Mediterranean nature to give us a light, transparent bouquet that suits both everyday activities and romantic meetings.
Anthos is a fragrance that doesn't shout about itself. Its sillage is subtle, making it ideal for those who prefer intimate and unobtrusive compositions.
It is a true "whisper of flowers" that unfolds gradually, enveloping you in a cloud of tenderness.
Thanks to citrus sparks in the top notes, it gives a feeling of purity and freshness, like morning dew on petals.
For the most natural effect, we recommend "walking into the cloud" — spray it in front of you and take a step forward. This way it will settle as a thin veil on skin and clothes.
If you want a longer lasting effect, apply 1–2 sprays to your wrists and neck. The same amount is enough for clothes — the perfume will delicately enhance your look without overloading it.
If you loved Anthos, be sure to try Bvlgari Rose Goldea — in it, rose also intertwines with musk, creating a similar soft glow.
And for a more juicy and sweet scent, check out Escada Escada (2005) or Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Flora Rosa 2016. All three are close in mood, but each sounds unique.
The fragrance is highly persistent and lasts on the skin for up to 8–10 hours, gradually revealing its notes and allowing you to enjoy the full bouquet throughout the day
A subtle trail—just a hint of fragrance
The perfume has a fresh scent that is not too intense, so it does not overwhelm those around you with strong essences
A light and elegant fragrance with harmonious richness—the perfect balance between the depth of eau de parfum and the freshness of cologne
Fragrances for spring and summer unfold with light citrus notes, floral and fruity accords, filling the composition with freshness, airiness, and a feeling of carefree lightness on warm days
The pyramid of Korres Anthos is built on contrasts: a sparkling start of bergamot and lemon gives way to a delicate watery-floral heart, where the main roles are given to peony, rose, and aquatic flowers.
The base of amber and musk adds a soft warmth and a slightly sweet trail. The fragrance unfolds smoothly, remaining transparent and airy throughout its duration.
