Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Midnight Dahlia is built as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Korres is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette sets the depth and body this composition needs.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Wood. The palette also extends to Ambery, Sweet and Whiteflower. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Floral and Fruit.

In the first seconds you detect radiant lemon-bergamot top notes: Bergamot, Dahlia and Lychee.

At the core of development you sense Cedar, Peony and Raspberry keeping a spicy-woody direction.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Fruit with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Wood and Amber expand the olfactory volume in the background. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

Overall Midnight Dahlia reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

At first, the fragrance was bright and intense, but then it quickly turned into some kind of ordinary sweet drink. How annoying that everything is so simple and boring
