Fragrance information:

Kylie Minogue is a name that needs no introduction: a pop icon, a queen of the stage and, of course, the creator of dazzling fragrance hits.

Her fragrance Showtime, launched in 2008, became a true olfactory spectacle. It is an eau de toilette for women belonging to the floral, fruity and sweet fragrance families.

Perfumer Vincent Schaller worked on the composition—and created something that instantly captures attention.

Sillage and Character

Showtime is a fragrance with a very strong sillage. It is a compliment-getting, memorable perfume that literally envelops you in a cloud of sweetness and flowers.

It is perfect for daytime outings, dates or parties—anywhere you want to be the center of attention.

Unfortunately, there are no precise application recommendations, but given its intensity, a couple of sprays on the wrists and neck are enough.

Similar Fragrances

If you like Showtime, take a look at Avon Ultra Sexy, Diptyque L'Ombre Dans L'Eau and Cacharel Amor Amor L'Eau (2016).

These fragrances also play on the contrast between sweetness and freshness, creating a similar mood.

Description of the composition

Showtime opens with juicy notes of black currant and wild strawberry—a vibrant, almost daring start.

At the heart, a luxurious bouquet of freesia, lilac, rose, tiaré, and spicy licorice unfolds—where flowers meet gourmand nuances.

The fragrance’s base is a warm, sensual trail of amber, musk, and vanilla that lingers on the skin for a very long time.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The fragrance reminds me of strawberry soap soaked in sweet licorice syrup. It's so playful and rich. There are no complexities in perception, but it's pleasant to use. It smells fragrant and alluring, as if beckoning you in )
