Perfume information

Description of the composition

The composition of Summer Sunset is shaped as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Lise Watier comes through from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

Without strict stage separation the notes arrive together with a multi-layered petal mood: Floral Notes, Fruit note, Hibiscus, Mango, Woody Accord and musk. Here 6 notes work as one integrated frame, creating romantic softness that feels seamless.

The deeper layers are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Floral, Fruit, Musc and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Floral, Fruit, Wood and Musk. It also reaches into Whiteflower. At family level the fragrance belongs to Floral and Fruit.

Taken together Summer Sunset holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best judged through real development.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. What an amazing and sunny scent! You can really smell ripe mango and exotic flowers, they're front and center here. And in the base, there's a softness, woody notes, and musk. A real treat for the nose 🌺

The mango scent here is quite bright, but it feels a bit artificial. More like a fragrance oil than a natural fruit. I like these fresh notes, it gives a feeling like I just stepped out of the shower, hair still damp. But the hibiscus with green notes didn't really click with me. Some bitterness appears, which spoils the whole impression. In the end, this fragrance didn't become my favorite
