The scent of Ambre evolves as a continuous scent journey, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of L`Occitane en Provence is clear in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Gourmet and Floral with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Wood, Amber and Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

At the opening of the pyramid you meet invigorating sunny opening notes: Bergamot and Freesia.

This scent is just AWFUL. Spicy vanilla with some nasty amber that presses on your brain. It's too heavy and intrusive, like a wool blanket that doesn't let you breathe. No lightness at all, just suffocating density and sharpness

The fragrance is indeed dense and rich, you can feel both vanilla and amber in it. I'm sure it will unfold especially well in colder weather. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any tartness
