Identity and Release History

In 2010 2010 year L'Occitane en Provence introduced the fragrance Paeonia, instantly becoming a symbol of tenderness and elegance in the world of perfumery.

This women's perfume, released as part of the collection Pivoine Collection, reflects the brand's deep connection with the nature of Provence, where the philosophy, born in 1976 by founder Olivier Baussan, evolved from rosemary oil into a global legend.

Paeonia Eau de Toilette is the embodiment of Provençal charm, where each note transports to blooming gardens, offering a natural and sensual composition that brings harmony and joy, perfectly fitting into the brand's DNA.

Positioning and Wearability

Paeonia is classified as a women's fragrance from the Floral family, making it an ideal choice for connoisseurs of lightness and romance.

In the form of Eau de Toilette, it offers a fresh and unobtrusive sound, with a subtly perceptible trail that leaves a delicate mark without overwhelming others.

Thanks to its airy composition, Paeonia is perfectly suited for spring and summer days, adding a note of floral tenderness to everyday looks – an ideal companion for walks, dates, or office weekdays, providing confidence and comfort.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

The scent is quite simple, reminds me of soap. Peony and musk clearly stand out, and rose adds a bit of sweetness. Overall, it's light, but unfortunately, not very long-lasting ))))

The morning rose scent is really light and fresh. Grapefruit gives it a little tartness, which adds interest. The base feels quite clean, and the musk is light and airy, almost transparent. Overall, a very pleasant and unobtrusive scent!!

I'm not a fan of peonies in perfumes, and I'm pretty indifferent to flowers in general. But this scent really got me. It's so light and airy. I don't really smell peony, more like rose, but not a heavy one, a fresh and delicate kind

In this fragrance, I don't smell peony, it's more like bush roses with a predominance of bergamot. The scent isn't long-lasting and seems pretty ordinary 😕
