Perfume information

Description of the composition

The composition of Heidi Klum Dreams is shaped as an expressive line of development, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of LR Perfumes is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum sets the right density and pace of development.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Wood, Floral, Fruit and Whiteflower. The framework further includes Balsamic and Musk.

Right at the start you detect astringent woody opening notes: Hawthorn, Iris and Plum.

At the core of development you notice Freesia, Heliotrope, Jasmine and Lily of the Valley carrying a opulent floral direction.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Floral, Fruit, Musc and Wood with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Powdery and Mineral add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. For persistence High suggests confident staying power.

Overall Heidi Klum Dreams sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best judged through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

I can't say this fragrance is associated with a model. It's truly beautiful, complex and subtle, it draws attention. The sillage of fresh flowers and powder creates a feeling of femininity and restraint, there's something noble about it

The smell is strange. At first it's okay, but after an hour, some cloying sweetness starts to emerge that just annoys me. It reminds me of Serge Lutens' "Douce Amere", but worse. I don't know how anyone can wear this, it's really uncomfortable 😤

The scent smells expensive, even though its price is quite affordable. It's velvety-sweet and has a deep sillage. For me, it opens with notes of vanilla and something tart, even burning, but definitely not cinnamon. If you spray it generously and with enthusiasm, it's only suitable for an evening, with a dress and jewelry. But if just a little, you can totally wear it during the day. It reminds me a bit of Hugo's Deep Red perfume
