Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Pfingstrose unfolds as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of M. Asam comes through from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Green, Floral and Wood. The palette also extends to Gourmet, Musk and Whiteflower. At family level the fragrance belongs to Floral.

In the top tier you meet sparkling citrus opening notes: Bergamot, Grapefruit and Green Chord.

In the middle phase you notice Magnolia, Peony and Violet holding a velvety rose-iris direction.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Citrus, Floral, Musc and Wood with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

In summary Pfingstrose sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best judged through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Flowers, greenery, and powder. It's just like a spring garden! The fragrance is truly beautiful, delicate, and very pleasant, but the longevity leaves something to be desired

The scent is too green and floral, like it hits you in the face. Peonies are definitely here, but their aroma is barely noticeable, while magnolia just screams. In the end, it feels somewhat chemical, more like an air freshener than a perfume 😒
