When the fragrance first appeared, many looked at it with interest. But I don't remember when it became iconic. First, I noticed bloggers starting to "squirm" on one channel, then rumors about bandages and so on began. And then, the machine started. One respected blogger, known for her directness, stated that if someone uses Baccarat Rouge in her presence, it's a reason to break off relations with them. Seriously?! It seems cats are more important to her than friends.
A few years ago, the same bloggers talked about the "sugar coma" from La Vie est Belle, and now they smile as they discuss its flankers and influence on the world. The same will happen with Baccarat Rouge. In a year or two, everyone will forget about the "nausea" and the trend of hating this fragrance will pass. I think I'll buy myself five milliliters of this "liquid weapon" and "weed out" the people around me. Not a fan of the scent, but there definitely won't be any unnecessary people left in my life. At least for a while))
The woody accord with evernyl smells like medical bandages, and that's not something you want to smell on yourself. Cedar and Iso E Super, added for softening, don't save the situation. The combination of all this reminds me of caramel, but only if you want to be sick.

But, honestly, talking about balance in such a short formula is just ridiculous. Yes, maybe Kurkdjian managed to create something unusual, but for me, it's nothing more than a perfumery failure. Art? Oh please, don't make me laugh )
