Fragrance information:

Plum perfume by legendary makeup artist Mary Greenwell is a juicy, sensual fruity chypre cocktail, launched in 2010.

The fragrance was created for women who appreciate the harmony of sweetness and refined greenery. It belongs to the Chypre and Fruity fragrance families, with an Eau de Parfum concentration.

This composition was created by renowned perfumer François Robert.

He succeeded in combining vibrant fruity accents with a classic chypre base, resulting in a fragrance that feels modern and elegant.

Plum has moderate sillage, leaving behind a soft yet noticeable trail.

It is an ideal choice for everyday wear, romantic dates or business meetings, when you want to feel confident and feminine.

The fragrance unfolds gradually: first, juicy plum and citrus notes; then, a luxurious bouquet of white flowers; and finally, a warm woody-musky base.

Mary Greenwell is an iconic figure in the beauty world, having created looks for Hollywood stars and glossy magazine covers for decades.

Her Plum fragrance is an olfactory expression of style and sophistication that will highlight your individuality.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This fragrance, if you don't know who created it and when, could easily be mistaken for an excellent classic fruity chypre. It smells very harmonious and unfolds truly interestingly. Plum, rose, and jasmine intertwine simply magically. By feeling, it reminds me of Femme Rochas, if I'm not mistaken. For lovers of real fruity chypres, not modern 'compotes' that are now trying to pass off as masterpieces, this is simply a gem. Definitely worth trying
