The olfactory structure of Albatros unfolds as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Mendittorosa is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Spicy, Mineral, Fruit and Floral. The palette also extends to Musk, Wood and Aquatic. Within olfactory families the composition sits in Water and Wood.

As soon as the fragrance opens you catch salty-airy first notes: Anise, Aquatic accord and Ozone.

The composition, in principle, could be appealing. Anise is my weakness, both in life and in perfumery :) But how the pineapple will unfold - that's the question. I adore the pineapple note in fragrances, but there might be some nuances here. And I'm also curious how the rose will come across :)

When I saw the notes, I expected a lot. But the aquatic part turned out to have some weird chemical base: no classic rose, no pineapple, just some molecular scent with musk. It kinda reminds me of laundry detergent. On cold skin, it only lasts 2-3 hours 😕
