Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Le Numero Cinq is shaped as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Molyneux is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de Cologne keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Fruit and Wood with each one in a clear role. The gender direction is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense glowing neon first notes: Aldehydes, Bergamot, Neroli and Peach.

In the central layer you meet Clove, Iris, Orange blossom, Plum and ylang-ylang carrying a harmonious floral direction.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Fairy, Citrus, Floral and Fruit. The palette also extends to Whiteflower, Ambery, Balsamic and Spicy. Within olfactory families the composition sits in Chypre and Floral.
