Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Candy Cancan evolves as an expressive line of development, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of New Brand is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Whiteflower, Floral, Fruit and Spicy. It also reaches into Balsamic, Wood, Musk and Ambery. From a family perspective the scent maps to Amber, Floral, Fruit and Sweet.

In the first seconds you catch delicate white floral opening notes: Jasmine, Orange blossom and Rose.

When the opening settles you sense Apple, Cassia and Jasmine carrying a velvety fruity direction.

The accord profile is shaped by these accords: Floral, Fruit, Musc and Wood without random overlap. Background accords such as Spicy and Mineral expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

Overall Candy Cancan holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.
Sillage
Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Musky rose and woody notes - that's a classic, of course. But this scent, unfortunately, fell short. There's a chemical aftertaste, as if it has something of plastic or smoke with rubber. This doesn't add charm at all, but rather spoils the overall impression 😕
