The note pyramid of Cafe ''Italy'' unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The style of Nimerè Parfums comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Gourmet and Fruit forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Musc, Wood, Leather and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.
