Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Ta'if Extreme evolves as a layered story, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Ormonde Jayne is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum supports a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Fruit, Spicy, Floral and Whiteflower. It also reaches into Ambery, Wood and Gourmet. Within olfactory families the composition sits in East and Floral.

In the top tier you sense spicy sparkling opening notes: Dates, Pink pepper and Saffron.

In the heart you detect Freesia, Jasmine, Orange blossom and Rose holding a opulent floral direction. In the base the line is anchored through Ambergris and Gorse, extending a dense amber trail.

The accord profile is driven by these accords: Floral, Fruit, Amber and Spicy without random overlap. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

Overall Ta'if Extreme sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The bottle color, sure, it's okay, but don't overestimate it - just bright, like a ripe pomegranate. The pyramid sounds interesting, but dates in the composition - that's kind of strange. Saffron, honestly, causes bewilderment. I'd like to try it, of course, but I don't know what will come of it. Has anyone smelled it yet? Any opinions
