Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Shangri-La is shaped as an expressive line of development, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The style of Ovēh is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The olfactory framework is built around these accords: Aquatic, Citrus, Floral and Fruit with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Musc and Mineral add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

At the opening of the pyramid you sense sweet-fresh fruity top notes: Apple, Bergamot, Cucumber and ylang-ylang.

At the core of development you notice Jasmine, Lily of the Valley, Rose, Tuberose and Violet carrying a silky white floral direction. In the final layer the line is anchored through Amber and Musk, reinforcing a thick resinous trail.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Fruit, Citrus, Green and Whiteflower. It also reaches into Floral, Balsamic and Musk.

Taken together Shangri-La holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the central phase adds depth, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best understood on skin.
