Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Oro unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Paulina Rubio is evident from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

From the first breath you detect sweet-fresh fruity top notes: Mandarin, Melon, Mimosa and Pear.

At the core of development you notice Hyacinth, Magnolia and honeysuckle holding a velvety rose-iris direction. At the foundation the composition is fixed through Ambergris, Heliotrope and Vanilla, shaping a dense amber trail.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Fruit with each one in a clear role. Secondary accord layers such as Amber and Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The profile is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Citrus, Fruit, Floral and Ambery. The framework further includes Gourmet and Whiteflower.

In summary Oro holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best judged in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

A scent that piques interest, but it's not immediately clear how to feel about it. It seems cozy, yet very individual at the same time. I can't say I definitively like it, but something about it is captivating 🤔
