Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Ancient is built as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The signature of Poesie comes through from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Wood.

When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a noble cedar mood: oak. In this case 1 note acts as one voice, forming clear woody framework that feels seamless.

The inner phases are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map rests on these accords: Wood without random overlap. The gender direction is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.
