Description of the composition

The scent of Gibbous is shaped as a layered story, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The signature of Possets Perfume comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Musc and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a refreshing grassy mood: Galbanum, Sandalwood, Tea, Vetiver and musk. In this case 5 notes sound as one integrated frame, building natural freshness that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The inner phases are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Green, Wood and Musk.

Overall Gibbous sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best understood on skin.
