Description of the composition

The composition of Survival Instinct is shaped as a living composition, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The signature of Sfumato is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The olfactory framework is driven by these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Wood and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. Secondary accord layers such as Vegetable enrich the profile without taking over. The profile is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

Without strict stage separation the fragrance opens as a single chord with a architectural woody mood: Anise, Basil, Carrot, Cedar, Grapefruit, Lavender and Lime.

The heart and base are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Spicy, Aromatic, Fruit and Wood. The palette also extends to Citrus and Green. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Wood.

In summary Survival Instinct reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best judged through real development.
