History and Philosophy

Solitaire by Junaid Perfumes was launched in 2011 as a women's eau de parfum belonging to the floral family.

Its creator is renowned perfumer Sonia Constant, known for her ability to combine softness and longevity.

Junaid Perfumes is more than just a brand—it is a living story pulsating in the heart of the Arabian Peninsula.

Its roots stretch back to 1910, when pearl merchant Syed Junaid Alam founded the company that today brings the world fragrances infused with the soul of the East.

Character and Sillage

Solitaire has a very strong sillage, making it an ideal choice for confident women who wish to leave an unforgettable impression.

This fragrance is for those who appreciate refinement and elegance in everyday life. Thanks to its richness, it is suitable for both daytime outings and special evenings.

Description of the composition

The top notes feature lily of the valley and rose. The heart of the composition unfolds with delicate rose, while the base is composed of white musk.

This minimalist accord creates a clean, elegant profile: the freshness of lily of the valley flows into velvety rose, while soft musk leaves a long-lasting, enveloping trail.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

I inherited an amazing metal tin with the solid version of this fragrance. The perfume is simply magnificent! It's delicate, subtle, and reminds me of spring. The scent of lily of the valley and slightly frosted white roses is simply captivating. I can't say how it smells in oil or alcohol form, but the solid perfume is truly impressive 🌸
