In 1981, Ted Lapidus introduced Envol — a fragrance that's hard to forget. A feminine fragrance rooted in the green and floral families. Inspiration and execution — all of it is Roger Pellegrino. In perfume extract — and that's all it takes to fall in love.

The sillage is very delicate — an intimate cloud that stays close to the skin. A subtle fragrance: the longevity is low, which suits its gentle character. Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Envol evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The style of Ted Lapidus is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a voluminous floral mood: Ambergris, Floral Notes, Fruit note, Green Chord, Jasmine, Oak moss and Rose.

The deeper layers are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Floral, Fruit, Musc and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Amber expand the olfactory volume in the background. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. In longevity terms Low indicates a stable lasting impression.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Ambery, Floral, Fruit and Green. It also reaches into Whiteflower, Earthy / Mossy, Wood and Musk.

In summary Envol sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail.
