Description of the composition

The composition of Powder Oud is shaped as a layered story, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The signature of Top Perfumer is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

As soon as the fragrance opens you meet cardamom-peppery top notes: Grapefruit, Nutmeg, Peach and Pomegranate. These 4 notes set warm spicy pulse that is impossible to miss.

When the opening settles you meet Ambergris, Cinnamon, Clary Sage, Iris, Oud and Peruvian Balsam keeping a warm-spicy direction.

The accord profile is driven by these accords: Balsamic, Aromatic, Citrus and Gourmet without random overlap. Background accords such as Floral, Fruit, Musc and Wood add depth to the backdrop.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Citrus, Spicy, Fruit and Powdery. The palette also extends to Floral, Ambery, Aromatic and Wood. At family level the scent maps to East, Powdery and Wood.
