Fragrance information:

L'Or Blanc joined the Torrente portfolio in 2008. A feminine fragrance rooted in the east and floral families. Its authors — perfumers Anne Flipo and Véronique Nyberg. The fragrance belongs to the citrus, floral, and fruit groups. The palette of this fragrance is exceptionally rich: traces of whiteflower can also be found — a rare combination that makes this perfume truly one of a kind. The fragrance belongs to the L'Or collection. An eau de parfum — light-footed, but utterly unforgettable.

Expect a noticeable sillage — enough to be remembered, not enough to overwhelm. It stays on the skin for a good while — longevity is firmly in the moderate range. Brand country — France, with its deep-rooted relationship with the fragrance industry. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of L'Or Blanc evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Torrente comes through in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the opening of the pyramid you sense vibrant berry opening notes: Grape, Mandarin and Orange blossom. Exactly these 3 notes set thrilling fruity juiciness that is impossible to miss.

In the heart you detect Osmanthus keeping a velvety rose-iris direction.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Wood with each one in a clear role. The gender direction is feminine, which clarifies the composition character. In longevity terms Middle indicates a stable lasting impression.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Whiteflower. The framework further includes Wood and Gourmet. Within olfactory families the composition sits in East and Floral.

Overall L'Or Blanc sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best experienced in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The orange color, fluffy and bright, creates a feeling of something unusual. The scent is soft, like something warm touching the skin. The tenderness is just striking!! Although, of course, not as luxurious as the classic L'Heure Bleue, but it has its own charm. More feminine and youthful, this fragrance sparks interest and leaves questions. I can't quite say if I like it or not

In Italy there is orange flower extract for baking, but here it's natural orange blossom with grape. The grape is bright, rarely encountered. Reminds me of Guess Indigo 1981, but that had Pinot Noir, wine. In Or Blanc it's green-yellow finger grapes. Long-lasting, not dense. A rarity. At a normal price it's worth getting. Without it the palette is incomplete.

The fragrance isn't bad, of course, but the feeling that it's too light never leaves me. Perfumers seem to have focused on creating a classic coffee scent, and this one just remained in the shadows. There's essentially no base, nor any depth. At first, it's intriguing, hot grapes with spices, but then everything quickly turns into the sweetness of flowers with a woody accent. My relative considers it a true masterpiece, but on her, it unfolds better than on my cool skin 😔

A spicy, dry, and pungent fragrance that reminds me of Indian incense sticks. No sweetness, and no florality either. Rather, it's something peppery and oriental. You definitely can't call it light. Overall, it's a scent for an acquired taste. I, for one, am not thrilled with it. I prefer fragrances to be sweeter and lighter. Although, it's certainly interesting, that's for sure, it caught my attention

This fragrance is simply magical !!!!!!!! It smells of pear, but not like the latest Cavalli, which seems cheap. This perfume is perfect for a romantic dinner in your own restaurant with your favorite restaurateur ) Imagine arriving at the restaurant in a Maybach with a driver and security) 🍷
