Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of IV is built as an expressive line of development, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The signature of VLH is clear from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum supports the right density and pace of development.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Spicy, Whiteflower and Wood. Within olfactory families the composition sits in Spicy and Wood.

Right at the start you meet piquant warm top note: Spices. This 1 note forms warm spicy pulse that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

At the core of development you meet Jasmine and Tobacco carrying a silky white floral direction. In the base the line is anchored through Atlas Cedar, Texas Cedar, Vetiver and Virginian Cedar, extending a earthy woody-resinous trail.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Floral, Wood and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

Taken together IV sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best understood in wear.
