Key fragrance characteristics

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Sensy is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The style of Yves d`Orgeval is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Spicy, Citrus, Whiteflower and Floral. It also reaches into Musk and Wood. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Floral and Wood.

Right at the start you meet spicy sparkling top notes: Pink pepper and Tangerine. These 2 notes build voluminous spicy depth that is impossible to miss.

In the central layer you sense Orange blossom and Rose carrying a sensual jasmine direction. In the final layer the structure settles through Musk and Vetiver, extending a warm skin-like trail.

The stylistic positioning is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

In summary Sensy reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best understood through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The smell is way too much rose and some kind of soapy citruses that just pound your brain. It seems alright, but as a proper perfume, it just doesn't cut it at all. This isn't one of those cases where you can say it's cheap and cheerful. Honestly, I don't even get how anyone could wear this
