Imagine a fragrance that emerged in 2015 as part of an innovative series from the Danish brand Zarkoperfume.

Founded in 2014, Zarkoperfume quickly became a phenomenon in niche perfumery, thanks to the visionary approach of its creator, Zarko Ahlmann Pavlov.

MOLeCULE No.8, also known as "Molecule 8" in some regions, reflects this philosophy, combining modern design with deep olfactory impressions and challenging traditional perfumery norms.

Positioning and Versatility of the Fragrance

As a perfume water, MOLeCULE No.8 offers balanced intensity, perfect for daily use.

Positioned as a unisex fragrance, it is suitable for everyone who appreciates gender-neutral compositions, blurring the lines between masculine and feminine.

Its medium sillage provides a noticeable but not overpowering presence, making it appropriate for the office, meetings, or evening outings, where it leaves a refined trace.

If you like MOLeCULE No.8, you might appreciate similar fragrances such as Escentric Molecules Molecule 01, Parfums Genty Laugh As Much As You Breath, and Issey Miyake L`Eau d`Issey Florale.

As the founder of Zarkoperfume, he aims to create fragrances that challenge traditions, and MOLeCULE No.8 is a prime example of this, strengthening the brand's reputation as a pioneer in the industry and inspiring new fans of niche perfumery.

Belonging to the Woody family, MOLeCULE No.8 weaves elements from the Citrus, Floral, and Woody groups into its base, creating a multifaceted experience that highlights the versatility and modernity of the composition.

Description of the composition

The notes pyramid of MOLeCULE No.8 is a harmonious blend of key elements, where fresh Mandarin adds citrus liveliness and an optimistic start, while tender Rose brings floral elegance to the heart of the composition.

Depth and longevity are achieved through exotic Oud and earthy Patchouli, which form a woody and rich base, enhanced by the versatile Wooden Accord.

Together, these notes create a dynamic and layered composition that unfolds smoothly on the skin over time, offering a complex and memorable sillage, perfect for those seeking a modern unisex fragrance with character.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

On a man, such a fragrance is quite acceptable, but I definitely wouldn't choose it for myself. On my skin, the woody notes sound too sharp and prickly. The rose, though present, doesn't add femininity. There's a bit of bitterness, and at the beginning, a feeling of freshness and sharpness 🌿

This was recommended to me by a consultant as some kind of delicate oud scent, which makes no sense at all (oud and delicacy? Seriously?) In the end, it's just a regular woody fragrance, not delicate at all, but overall not bad 😒

The scent of pine needles and tangerine peels just hits you. It's great that I stumbled upon this fragrance right now, with New Year's approaching. Perfectly on theme, so festive and New Year's! 🎉

Sowhow it became too heavy and suffocating for me, lacking the lightness and freshness that was so appealing in the sample. That special something was gone, and I decided to sell it 🌸

At first, it seems like there's some freshness, but that's a deception. If it's cool outside, then yes, you might catch something fresh, but it's a stretch. As soon as it gets a little warmer, burnt rubber, soot, and gasoline appear. It's Formula 1, as it is, and there's nothing pleasant about it 😒

I was planning to get acquainted with 08 and 09, and then my aunt came to visit, and her perfume filled the whole room. I inhaled this scent for a long time; it reminded me a little of Molecule 01, but I immediately realized it wasn't it. I have Molecule 01, and I know exactly how it smells. Of course, I asked my aunt what perfume she was wearing. She replied that it was 08 Molecule by Zarko. And now I have it! 😊

Now I'll tell you about my impressions. For me, this is Oud - with a capital O, because never before has this note unfolded so beautifully on my skin. Before, it sounded too masculine in other perfumes. But with this fragrance, everything is different; apparently, the molecule here is special. It smells very expensive, the longevity is simply amazing, and the development is long-lasting, and I like it more and more at each stage. On me, it smells completely different than on my aunt. On her, it's feminine, and on me - expensive, bright, and unusual! 🎉

Oh, how wonderful this is! Fell in love with it from the very first sniff! An amazing blend of scents and incredible longevity 🌟

The fragrance looks nice and fresh, but unfortunately, it's not impressive. There's no oud detectable: no oriental notes, no smoky nuances, no balms. Rather, it reminds me of soda with flavorings. There's a slight hint of rose, but it doesn't unfold, and the tangerine peel isn't brightly felt either. Marshmallow sweetness is present, but it doesn't cause delight. Honestly, I didn't feel any desire to buy it. On the skin, it quickly disappears, and for men, in my opinion, it's completely unsuitable

This fragrance turned out to be too heavy for me, but despite that, it really smells beautiful. Resinous notes with a clear hint of rose and patchouli give it depth and volume. I could only feel comfortable with it in winter

I tried a few decants, and now I realize I absolutely need a full bottle. This fragrance is a real discovery, it's woody, slightly damp, but so beautiful at the same time. It smells very natural. It suits both men and women, but it unfolds differently on each person

Finally decided to test this fragrance, I'd been looking for it for a long time. I stumbled upon it by chance in a store and immediately remembered how much I'd wanted it. Previously, Zarko perfumes didn't particularly excite me: some were just pleasant, and others didn't work for me at all. But this fragrance amazed me. It combines femininity with a pronounced oud and a masculine undertone. It plays out very interestingly. I ordered a decant, now I'll wear it and study it. Those looking for something unusual should definitely try it 🌟

The fragrance truly impresses with its layering and playfulness. It combines woody and spicy accents, which makes it quite captivating. Floral notes gently break through the patchouli, and bright citrus adds freshness and lightness 🌸

This fragrance is simply awful. At first it seems fresh, but then some bitterness emerges. The sharpness at the beginning just grates on your nerves. Citrus with woody notes is something else, and the patchouli here is definitely overkill. You can't smell any rose at all, which is very sad

The fragrance opens with bright citrus freshness, then gradually becomes more intense. Floral accents and warm woody notes with patchouli begin to emerge. It's a truly beautiful perfume that appears a bit strict and restrained )

A fragrance with a clear oud accent, but it's quite heavy and rough. It feels very dense on the skin, there's even a risk it might be suffocating. If you like something more serious, it's worth giving it a chance
