GIGIL won me over almost immediately. It’s dense, but doesn’t push itself forward, and the sweetness is moderate. I can smell chocolate, coffee, plum and jasmine. Warm and soft, it wraps around you pleasantly
The opening is delicate, bright and a little carefree, although the fragrance itself is quite seductive. The flowers and fruits are blended well here, the sweetness is honeyed but not cloying. After about two hours it becomes more serious: less sweet, drier and more textured, sounding noticeably more expensive. Too bad this stage passes quickly. For the first 4 hours the sillage is good and the scent is dense, then only a vanilla-amber trace remains close to the skin. After 7 hours it disappears completely
Woody notes clearly stand out here. Freesia and peony are certainly present, but the rose seems to hide in the background. This entire bouquet is still permeated with a woody undertone. You can feel that the fragrance is very woody. Gradually, it fades, and musk and sandalwood take its place. I apply it before going to government institutions when necessary. Or, for example, for a business meeting
