Hermès Terre d'Hermes
The cedar scent here is simply gorgeous, it fits perfectly into this fougère bouquet. It's not something light and fresh; no citrus notes are anywhere near. Rather, it's a classic cologne for respectable men who know what they want. Not for sports, but for a business suit, and not for hot weather - it becomes quite heavy with a bitterish base, reminiscent of something medicinal. Over time, it even started to irritate me, and I couldn't wear it, so I exchanged it. The sillage is simply enormous and very pleasant! The perfume is really cool, but in the end, only a cloying base remains. By the way, Mancera Kumkat Wood is also interesting - the cedar there is lighter, and it doesn't have this unpleasant base 😄
