The Chef's Dulcet Basil Ganache
The scent of herbs and sweetness, in my opinion, are very successfully blended. Herbal notes clearly stand out, and sweetness perfectly complements them. The result is a fragrance that resembles a spicy sweet syrup

Next Velvet Bloom
What an amazing bottle! I just can't take my eyes off it. Why the bottle? Because I have it right now, I took it from my sister, there are only a couple of milliliters left. And the fragrance itself. It immediately reminded me of two perfumes - Euphoria and So Elixir. If you were to mix them and make them softer, with added vanilla, you'd get a very similar composition to these Velvet Flowers!!!

Jeanne Arthes Jasmin De Provence
The citruses here are indeed a bit bitter. The scent is very intense, floral notes are almost imperceptible. But, strangely enough, I liked this sharp citrus accent. Perhaps it will be especially relevant in summer 🍋

Avon Femme Icon
The first version of the fragrance disappointed me greatly, but this new one turned out to be even worse. Although the pyramid looks appealing, the notes are so intertwined that it creates an overly intrusive sweet scent that also lasts a long time ))

Molton Brown Lily & Magnolia Blossom
I've added this fragrance to my testing list. What's in the pyramid looks simply perfect. Peonies, lily of the valley, and magnolia in one bottle - that's what I've been looking for. The main thing is that there isn't too sharp a freshness, I hope it turns out to be something truly crystal clear ✨

Mugler Alien
I received this fragrance as a gift in winter, and it simply suffocated me then with its lilac notes. I indignantly put it aside, letting it wait for its moment. But then spring came, and I decided to try it on myself again. Gathering my courage, I applied it and… oh my God! This sweet tenderness, a languid haze with a slight hint of mint, is simply mesmerizing. Its sillage is so long and beautiful that even my husband asked if it was really that same fragrance, and not something else? I immediately told him it was the one that didn't suit me at first, and he didn't even believe it! I'm so glad that after some time, this wonderful creation from Mugler and I found common ground. So… here's to second chances!

Demeter Baby Powder
The powder and floral notes are truly impressive, but the musk, alas, didn't suit me at all. It became too intrusive and just chokes with its presence 😩

The smell reminds me of something from cheap shower gels, nothing more. No depth, no individuality. Just a sharp and unpleasant scent that only causes repulsion
Agreed, you can overdo anything, but regarding the subtlety and delicacy of the scent, I completely agree with you there. Sometimes it feels like too much is going on, and that only spoils the impress...
Cardamom is clearly felt here)) The fragrance is summery, fresh, with spicy notes, reminiscent of apples and currants 🍏
