This fragrance, similar to Duchesse candies, is definitely not for me. Maybe it smells gorgeous on someone else, but I certainly didn't expect this 😅

I don't know what to say, but it seems I won't add anything new. I smell the notes just like everyone else. At the beginning, you really notice pear, even something like Duchesse lemonade, but that quickly fades. Then clove appears, most likely it, because it sounds like it's from another time, something familiar. A scent as if gathered from memories. Perhaps that's how perfumes smelled in the past, those high-quality and expensive women's fragrances. I liked the perfume, even though the pear disappears too quickly. This unusual transformation from a light pear to a serious clove base pleasantly surprised me. Overall, it seemed interesting and left a positive impression

I'd been looking for "Duchesse" (pear) in perfumery for a long time, many praised Montale's Pear, so I decided to try it. I ordered a sample, and now this fragrance has become a real nightmare for me. It's too sweet, like an overripe pear, with an excess of clove and vanilla. It's suffocating, even one spray was too much, and I couldn't wash it off my wrist, no matter how much I scrubbed. I heard that pregnant women react strongly to it, I thought I was lucky, but no, my colleagues, especially those over 50, were also shocked. So definitely try the fragrance before buying, otherwise it might surprise you, like it did me, and suffocate you with its intensity 😅

This fragrance is simply enchanting! For me, it's like the embodiment of PEAR. Juicy, bright, pure, joyful, like crystal. I don't detect any other notes, and that doesn't upset me at all. The simplicity of this fragrance brings me pleasure, it's not overloaded with unnecessary details. Although, of course, its description is much more layered and fascinating than I can convey

This Montale is one of those that I really like. But you wouldn't wear it in summer, unless it's a rainy cool day. It's so bright, as if spicy clove sits in a glass of sparkling wine, giving it strictness and not allowing it to turn into an ordinary sweet drink 🍂
