The fragrance I tried only causes bewilderment. A complex combination of synthetics with sandalwood, which, in theory, should be harmonious, turns out to be some kind of murky mess. The musky accord, which was supposed to support the sandalwood, only adds powderiness, but not in the best way. It doesn't overpower, nor does it emphasize the sandalwood - it just hangs in the air, like an inappropriate guest at a party. Cypress, which was supposed to add freshness, actually creates a feeling of dampness. Milk in this fragrance? Yes, it's somehow strange - not fatty, not sticky, but also not natural. It blends with flowers, but not in the way one would hope. In the end, what you get is something that doesn't change or develop, as if stuck in one state. Santal Calling has nothing in common with other well-known fragrances, and that's not for the better. No cucumber brine, but no depth either. I can't understand what components the author used, and it's irritating. Floral notes also can't be recognized - just a set of smells that evokes no emotions. Unlike other sandalo fragrances, this one seems dead. It doesn't evoke any associations with life or movement. And yes, a light vanilla sweetness is present, but it's so insignificant that it gets lost against the general dullness. In the end, Santal Calling is something that looks expensive, but in reality only causes disappointment
