Ubar is another fragrance for Jadis, and if Memoir can be compared to smoke, Ubar resembles a lacquered incense box. From the first spray, it simply stunned me. I have two versions: Oman 2014 and England 2017. The difference between them is palpable, and I didn't expect them to vary so much. The 2014 version is a rich, dense, and deep fragrance, clearly an old-timer. It has more sweetness and woody notes, and white flowers hide behind this sweetness. When I first sprayed it, I remembered Memoir, and then Interlude, but specifically in this Oman version. The 2017 version is already a vibrant honeyed tuberose, and then the lacquered box appears. Both versions have a bitterness, something animalic, and it sounds alluring. I won't hesitate to say that for me, this fragrance is sexy and chic. If I had discovered Ubar before Memoir, perhaps it would have become my favorite perfume 😒

Escentric 05 by Escentric Molecules is simply a find! As soon as you spray it, you're transported to a forest where fig, juniper, and citrus trees grow, with the Mediterranean Sea rustling behind you. I remember walking in Antalya, and those fresh sea scents are simply breathtaking. Mountains in the distance, waterfalls plummeting from heights - it's true beauty! And the fragrance itself? It starts with bright citrus notes, then pine needles, fig leaves, and green fruits are added. There's a slight coolness from the pine, a bit of tartness, and even a hint of saltiness. Overall, it's a rich fougère fragrance with green notes that lifts your mood and gives a festive feeling. Pure bliss

I always avoided Intimissimi perfumes before, thinking they only dealt with lingerie. But, as it turned out, I was very wrong. The scent was quite pleasant. At first, it's very bright, bergamot directly hits your nose, and then it unfolds with tenderness and a light powdery note. I can't quite figure out if I like it or not

The scent reminds me of the vast steppes and the smell of horses, like the nomadic life of gypsies. On a man, it would certainly sound interesting. Maybe I'm not trendy, but for me, a woman is associated with flowers, fruits, and sweets, like in a children's song. But here, there's a certain harshness, a masculine severity 🌾

Taklamakan by Stéphane Humbert Lucas 777 is a scent that evokes sadness and longing. The woody-powdery-amber composition with vanilla notes creates a feeling of desert hopelessness. There's something serious, melancholic about it, with a cool hint of gasoline and a smoky labdanum. The atmosphere of Taklamakan, where temperatures fluctuate, is conveyed very subtly. This scent combines the warmth and coolness of resins, creating a special mood. Iris-woody powderiness adds depth and complexity, as if reminding you of something bygone. The base with amber-vanilla notes is calm and balanced. Taklamakan is truly interesting, and 4 stars? No, it's definitely a 10!

Severo Jacques Zolty is a cocktail that makes me nostalgic. On a birch table stands this "Rum Cola" with lime. The opening is Coca-Cola soda, bubbles, strong rum, a bit of pepper, and woody notes. And the tobacco leaves, which aren't listed, add a special depth. All of this is wrapped in saffron leather, giving the fragrance a certain mystery. In the base, you can feel strong cola with vanilla, and there's a note that connects Severo with Cubatu. Both fragrances have found their place, but maybe that's just for me. It's best to try them yourself, as they might seem too masculine. I just adore things like this )

Closing your eyes and inhaling this scent, you can forget about the bottle and its plastic cap. It truly piques interest: sweet caramel with a slight roughness and a bit of marmalade. At first glance, it seems like something very appetizing. But as soon as you open your eyes, this sweetness suddenly becomes too intrusive and sticky. What's happening to me?!
