An aristocrat, you say? No, this is just luxurious, soft, and velvety nonsense. Who is this even for? For those who want to stand out from the crowd? Laughable. The fragrance you're describing reminds me more of smoke from a burnt dinner than anything erotic. No flowers, no bergamots - just labdanum, which seems to be the only one on stage here. And yes, it's insidious, but not in a captivating way, rather like an annoying neighbor who won't leave. This fragrance is clearly for those who want to appear passionate and high-status, but in reality, just look ridiculous )
If you don't like leather notes in perfumery, you don't have to worry: the suede here is very light and refined. I might buy it for my husband, but I wouldn't wear it myself. At the beginning, as usual with this brand, citrus notes are heard, and peppery accents add sharpness. The musk feels quite light, and patchouli gives a certain masculinity and smokiness. But all this quickly fades, and the scent doesn't leave a long trail. It lasts, of course, longer than many other colognes from Atelier, but it still lacks depth
The scent is masculine, of course, but so intrusive it's simply unbearable. Woody notes with spices, yes, but they just get right up your nose, making you want to escape. Longevity, yes, it's decent, and there's a sillage too, but that doesn't save it. All in all, if you're looking for something for yourself, better not waste your time on this
The coconut here is definitely overkill, like it's been drowned in a "Bounty" chocolate bar. The powdery nuance isn't pleasing either. It feels more like sunscreen than perfume. It's kind of sad when expectations don't match reality )
Got it as a decant through a swap, I'd dreamed about it for ages, but always had doubts, so I never pulled the trigger on a full bottle. The scent is beautiful and unique, for sure, but for me, it's too heavy and a bit depressing. Feels like it's only good for winter or some special occasions, not for everyday wear. Not wearing it yet, waiting for an occasion to pop up!!
What a fucking weird flavor! It really conjures up associations with snow in the city. It's not exactly familiar to wear, of course, but it's worth a try - it's always interesting, especially when it comes to Demeter.
