The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

The scent, in my opinion, is simply floral, and nothing more. I look at the pyramid and don't understand how so many components can only yield flowers. Lily, fortunately, doesn't stand out, but I don't like it either - too intrusive. Overall, the freshness and purity of the floral bouquet are certainly present, but that doesn't save it. Femininity? Yes, but it's somehow too simple. Flowers, flowers and nothing else, as if that's all there is. Longevity leaves much to be desired, and there seems to be no sillage either. Complete disappointment

At first, the fragrance seems quite heavy, with notes of cognac and flowers, even a slight animalic hint. But then it opens up, and a freshness appears, like freshly cut lilies. In the finale, there's a fruity-floral accord, where the sweetness of osmanthus and jasmine create a pleasant aftertaste. This perfume is interesting because it changes and plays, revealing itself differently depending on the season. It's definitely worth testing before buying, as it's quite rich and unique!

It took time before I could truly appreciate this fragrance. Before, it seemed too sweet and even a bit repulsive to me due to a sharp note and the smell of cut flower stems. But now I see something completely different in it! The lily no longer overpowers, and the fruity sweetness has become pleasant, not causing any aversion. The flowers sound fresh and exquisite. The base of the fragrance surprises with its versatility; the woody accord with a light almond nuance is simply captivating!!

This fragrance can truly be called one of Lutens' best! In my opinion, it perfectly captures the spirit of his classic perfumes. It's the kind of scent everyone will like, and you don't have to wait long for it to unfold. Just enjoy it! 🌟

The fragrance doesn't live up to its name 😅 It's actually very feminine, delicate, and beautiful. The floral notes of osmanthus and lily sound wonderful here, adding freshness, like freshly cut stems 🌸

The fragrance is quite restrained, not too spicy, but still has that characteristic sweetness, which, of course, is typical for Lutens. Without clove, no matter how you look at it, it's not the same Lutens. Personally, I'm not thrilled, but those around me seem absolutely delighted. The fragrance is long-lasting and multi-layered, that's for sure. I can't even imagine how it would sound in summer, I wouldn't risk wearing it in such heat. Men, by the way, need to be brave to associate themselves with something feminine by wearing this perfume. As for cellophane, there are no associations, unless you really try hard and stretch the imagination

A fragrance that takes time to unfold, and it's worth trying in different conditions. It's long-lasting, yet quiet at the same time, which has caused a lot of debate. "Night in Cellophane," as it's called on the official website, evokes different opinions. Some hear a cellophane note in it, while others believe it's a mistranslation. Boutique consultants explained that it really is "night in cellophane," and that's exactly how it's translated. "Sparkling Night" is just an explanation. Cellophane not only has a smell but also sparkles, reflecting the artificial light of the night. And, ideally, this is what the creator of the fragrance wanted to convey. Personally, I don't perceive cellophane. At the beginning, there's something a bit synthetic, but perhaps it's just my mind playing tricks. For me, this fragrance is about beautiful and natural osmanthus. I am well acquainted with the scent of this flower. Its sillage is very dynamic, and the spring wind plays with it, so sometimes finding an osmanthus bush isn't so easy. In "Sparkling Night," osmanthus is audible throughout the wear, and the other notes seem to emphasize: here it is, osmanthus. The fragrance breaks down into notes if you have good experience, but osmanthus still remains the focus

The smell is too heavy. It's not for me. I feel white flowers and aldehydes pressing down on me. On the skin, it loses its freshness. Attempts to love lily and tuberose continue, but all in vain

The scent turned out to be unexpectedly soft, with sweet and floral notes. It's truly attractive and evokes sympathy. That's why I consider it very feminine and recommend trying it. Don't pay attention to the name 🌸

The name is certainly creepy, but the fragrance is just a nightmare! No synthetics, and not needed when the flowers smell like they've just been pulled from the ground. These honeyed white flowers smell so nauseating, especially in the cold. How could something like this be created? 😤

I like the fragrance, but it's hard to wear. The cold metallic lily and warm velvety honey don't really go together, in my opinion. I can't figure out which way it pulls more. I want to wrap myself in it, but the lily sometimes cuts with its coldness. Maybe it smells so confusing in winter. The longevity, by the way, is just excellent!

This fragrance is just amazing! At first, I was impressed by its pyramid, and when I found it in the store, I fell in love at first sight and immediately bought a tester. Sometimes it seemed too bright to me, so I preferred to apply just a little under my hair, especially in autumn or winter. But now, in Krasnodar, it opens up beautifully even in the heat. Its opening is fruity-green, with a bright mandarin that creates a festive atmosphere. Osmanthus is simply magnificent, with apricot and light suede notes. Fortunately, clove doesn't distract from the overall sound. Lily and almond sound very harmonious, and I don't feel any bitterness from the almond. And this amber honey - it's just magic! It sparkles and plays with different shades. These are exactly the kind of fragrances I adore. The longevity is simply excellent, and the sillage is incredibly beautiful

What a stunning fragrance this is! It's bright, floral, and simply can't help but attract attention. On me, it unfolds with notes of osmanthus, jasmine, and lily, while sweet honey and light almond add a special twist. A real find for women!

The scent has absolutely no association with its name, but it features amazing jasmine notes. It's truly captivating. It creates a feeling of something ethereal and incredibly cozy ))
