To the fragrance: BeauFort London Rake & Ruin

I was glad to order this fragrance. It has smoke, alcohol, woody notes, grass - everything I love. I valued this brand. But what happened? I don't understand how Julie Dunkley created beauty, but over everything hangs the smell of burnt synthetic hair. How do I know? I have experience. This smell cuts in and doesn't let me enjoy other notes. In the morning I washed it off with tar soap. I suspect herbs or combinations. I'm not complaining, but warning: first try a sample. I have many complex fragrances that I love, but with this one it doesn't work. If that chord were removed, I would love it. Maybe it's my problem. I don't think I'll appreciate this 'masterpiece' by Beaufort London. I like the brand, they do their thing. But why do they need to burn Barbie?
