L'Occitane's Verbena, in my opinion, is completely unimpressive. This aniseed freshness seems too intrusive and heavy. Although, in general, the fragrance doesn't linger on the skin, which is perhaps for the best
The perfume is generally not bad, but its longevity is clearly a problem. On my skin, it disappears in just an hour, and I can't feel it anymore, even if I apply it generously
It smells like a classic fougère, but it has some sweet resinousness that bothers me. Patchouli and amber are clearly at the forefront here, there's too much of them. This fragrance seems to be created to attract women's attention, but there's something sad about it, as if it's trying to get something lost back
The perfume really delights, it's so sweetish with lemon notes. It reminds me a bit of Sprite, though that's not entirely accurate. I also feel it as if I'm drinking that beverage. It not only refreshes but also lasts long on the skin
Neroli sets a cool tone, but the citruses can be misleading. Soon, a rough greenness appears, it's tart, and the effect changes. The scent becomes heavy, as if a viscous veil envelops you
The scent reminds me of some old furniture with resins stuck in it. The citrus opening is too sharp, and the bitterness just throws you off. The transparent flowers sound somewhat unnatural, as if they're trying to hide something. In the end, it's not elegant, but rather oppressive 😒

The fragrance isn't too complex, of course, but it's still very pleasant! I like that it's so cozy and soft, it doesn't cause any discomfort!!
Among many scents, this one just gets lost. It's impossible to stand out with it; the sweetish grapefruit, which is initially pleasing, is quickly overshadowed by watery lotus and overly fresh peony. ...
