Cindy C. Uge Pour Homme
This is a real assault on the senses, there are so many spices here. And yet the fragrance is excellent. My husband wears it, and I periodically steal it for myself. It reminds me of a carbonated drink with hot pepper and tobacco smoke. Almost everyone likes it, people constantly ask for the name. And I'm especially happy that you're unlikely to meet many people in a crowd wearing this scent
To the fragrance:
Comme des Garçons Parfums Concrete
It feels like you don't know where to start. Pepper? Not quite. Spices? Not that either. Sandalwood, yes, but it's somehow strange, like there's a glass of lemon and tonic nearby. There's a light dust in the air, but it doesn't smell like cement. Strange associations, honestly. The bottle, by the way, is really cool, you just want to hold it and turn it around in your hands 😔

Maison Martin Margiela Music Festival
Cannabis, and nothing else. I didn't catch the background at first. But certain associations still arise - imagine a festival, sunset, lights starting to glow, and a light haze all around

Van Cleef & Arpels Orchidee Vanille
I don't even understand how I ended up trying this sample. I absolutely don't like orchids, especially when they're mixed with vanilla. First you smell vanilla, and then floral notes start to emerge. I never got to the dark chocolate - I just gave it to my mom

The fragrance is definitely universal, there's plenty of sweetness in it, and vanilla sometimes breaks through. I was surprised when I saw "male" written on the bottle 😄 It reminded me of something from the CK collection, but I can't quite pinpoint what

Mancera Coco Vanille
The sweetness here isn't that cloying, although the name suggests something overly sickly sweet. It unfolds quite interestingly over time: first sweet, then tart, and then sweetness again, but with a light tenderness. It lasts about five hours on the skin, but that's not enough for complete satisfaction 😔

Maison Martin Margiela By The Fireplace
The scent just screams for attention, it's way too bright and heavy. I really want to dilute it with something so I don't suffocate. It reminds me of something, but I can't quite put my finger on what. I've named it for myself - "the smell of old libraries". Overall, for winter, sure, you can get it, but not for every day
