This fragrance turned out to be too cloying for me. It has too many bright fruity and berry notes. I liked other versions more, and here I noticed some irritating note that causes discomfort
The perfume is really cool! The longevity and sillage are simply top-notch, so you need to be careful with it. I tested it in different seasons. In summer, it reveals green notes and blackcurrant, and in winter, you can feel vanilla and tonka beans. A very captivating fragrance! )
The name speaks for itself: this is true amber. The scent is simply gorgeous, rich, and very masculine. Sweet and bitter notes blend beautifully without clashing. You can sense apple, but not sour, rather sweet like a red apple, plus musk, leather, and vanilla. Over time, a woody note emerges, and expensive tobacco and whiskey seem to invite you to relax. It's similar to "One Million" in longevity and notes, but sweeter and calmer. Although it's still a very "adult" fragrance, and probably not suitable for a young guy under thirty or for everyday wear. This is a serious "thing" that requires a special approach and atmosphere
The scent of this fragrance only causes bewilderment. It's something like a regular cologne, where geranium, lavender, a bit of leather, and tobacco are mixed in one bottle. Too simple and crude, as if someone didn't even try. Not impressive at all )
I really liked the fragrance, the base is truly luxurious, with notes of vanilla and patchouli, as well as a skin-like musk. The floral accents here are impressive, especially violet, magnolia, and jasmine. It's a mature, long-lasting, and diffusive perfume
This is a fairly simple eau de toilette with frankincense and spicy notes, but there's a certain charm to it. Perhaps the lack of a complex bouquet of many components is what makes it interesting. There's no cacophony here, where scents try to outshout each other, confusing everyone around. Frankincense clearly stands out, and woody accents, a bit of apple, and spicy pepper add depth. The fragrance is long-lasting, like a confident stroke, without unnecessary details or loud statements. It seems it doesn't need to prove anything, it just exists. There's something self-sufficient about it, yet sad at the same time
It's kind of strange that such a scent is hidden under the heavy cap of this bottle. It evokes associations with a youngster trying to look older in a business suit. The notes here are indeed unusual and diverse, but, in my opinion, it's not for an adult man. You can feel pepper, leather, and bergamot, and beneath them - an oily lavender, but not the kind from cheap cleaning products, but a quality one. However, something sweet spoils the whole picture. It's not just a hint of apple or berry, but rather like oatmeal with milk, generously seasoned with vanillin. Cozy, but not for me! After returning home, I tried to understand what exactly was confusing, but among all these notes, I didn't find anything that could cause such a feeling. In the end, I gave up on it and remained loyal to its "older brother" Dunhill Custom, which, although more monotonous, still seems more mature 🤔
