Nicole Camille Ritchie, née Escovedo, is an American actress, singer, producer, model, and designer. She is the adopted daughter of musician Lionel Richie. She rose to fame through the reality show "The Simple Life," in which she starred with her friend Paris Hilton, and her scandalous social life.

The reality show "The Simple Life" was a hit among similar American reality shows for several years, but unfortunately ended in a feud between Hilton and Ritchie. After that, Ritchie pursued other projects. She devoted a lot of time and effort to charitable projects. She even organized her own foundation: "Richie Madden Children" in 2010.

Since 2005, Nicole has participated in several film shoots, but did not gain much fame from them. However, she acted for quite a while in the Disney series "8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter."

In that same 2005, Ritchie released her semi-autobiographical novel "The Truth About Diamonds." The novel, so to speak, is based on Ritchie's own life, although most of the events are fictional. It chronicles the life of a certain Chloe Parker, the adopted daughter of a singer. It tells how a girl, after going through all the nightclubs and parties, becomes a drug addict and then fights her addiction.

Like many stars, Nikki Ritchie could not help but release her own signature perfume. It was released in 2012.
