Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Gucci Bloom Acqua di Fiori begins with refreshing top notes of black currant leaf and galbanum, creating an invigorating and green start that instantly awakens the senses.

In the heart of the fragrance, delicate floral notes of jasmine, tuberose, and honeysuckle unfold, adding depth, sensuality, and a languid charm, making the composition multifaceted and attractive.

The base consists of warm and cozy notes of sandalwood and musk, which provide longevity, a soft finish, and a woody-musky harmony, leaving behind a gentle trail.

This evolution from freshness to floral exuberance and further to a soothing base makes the fragrance ideal for those who appreciate complex and smoothly evolving perfume stories, emphasizing its belonging to the green, floral, and woody note groups.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Tried it, wasn't impressed. The scent is summery, but too green. It smells distinctly of herbs. The galbanum reminds me of dill, which isn't very pleasant. Honeysuckle and tuberose are also noticeable, but if only the galbanum could be changed to something else

After buying the first Bloom, I immediately decided to try the other flankers, because it's so interesting! This scent is much fresher and has a tart green hue compared to the first one. Tuberose is clearly noticeable here, although it also has a slight greenish and watery character. Overall, I really liked it 🌸

GREENERY! This scent is herbaceous, with notes of freshness and a slight bitterness. I liked it much more than the old version. For the summer season, when it's not too hot, it's simply the perfect choice!

I tried this fragrance just a couple of weeks ago. I confidently decided I'd buy it before my vacation. I want it to be associated with the sea and relaxation for me. The tuberose here is quite light, more like a barely perceptible tuberose nuance. There's also the bitterness of herbs and the tartness of blackcurrant leaves. But, honestly, I expected more. It somehow lacks depth, and that's disappointing

This is just AWFUL! I can't say this version stands out in any way. It's indeed greener than the usual Bloom, but that doesn't make it better. The fragrance, of course, has its pros, but the classic with its rich flowers will always be first for me

At first it seems cold and watery, then the greenery of grass and flowers bursts in, and it becomes ordinary floral-green. But Gucci scents are always high quality. Even the mundane is made well, longevity is good, sillage moderate

There's really some wild greenness here, it just jumps out of the bottle and screams at you. The first version was much better, at least something there was moderate 😤

Here we have a fresher interpretation of the classic fragrance. The green notes in it feel quite sharp, and although I'm not a fan of such notes, overall I quite liked it. I think it will be especially appropriate in hot weather 🌿

Purity and freshness - that's what I felt. Such perfumes are simply essential in a wardrobe when you're tired of all those heavy patchouli and cloying vanilla scents. It's like an unexpected breath of fresh air. The fragrance is quite balanced, nothing extra is felt, it wears easily, especially in warm weather. But damn, I can't figure out if I like it or not

Acqua di Fiori has little in common with the original. Here, there's just a light jasmine note and a sandalwood-musk accord, but they don't play the main role. We're greeted by the tartness of blackcurrant and the bitterness of galbanum, which set the fragrance's character. Unlike the powdery tuberose in Bloom, this scent is more dynamic and less feminine. Musk adds softness to the green notes and creates a light creamy undertone, giving it elegance and weight.

Acqua di Fiori resembles a light breeze in the garden where the Bloom collection's story began. It touches flower petals, bringing scents of fresh greenery, and delves into a fragrant blackcurrant bush where there are no sweet berries yet. In recent years, blackcurrant has become very popular in perfumery and is often found in modern fragrances. Acqua di Fiori is a prime example of this trend. Can one detect the animalic aspect inherent in blackcurrant here? Definitely. It adds volume and enlivens the composition, creating an elegant contrast with the purity of the musky-green notes

Oh, how I adore this fragrance! From the first note, it completely captivated me 😊 It feels like it was made just for me – it sits on the skin absolutely beautifully. Bright and deep, yet so delicate, the sillage is simply incredibly pleasant

It was sitting on the shelf, and my interest in it kinda faded. But today I gave it a couple of sprays and I'm just in shock from the pleasure. This sweetness is so soft and airy, no feeling of parquet varnish like it sometimes seemed. In my head, I picture a chubby little angel sprinkling velvety vanilla from a cloud. The scent is truly heavenly, I've fallen in love with it again 😍

The scent really seems greener than the classic Bloom. There's such a bright, almost prickly greenness here, that sometimes you even feel a bitterness. Jasmine and tuberose are still present, but they seem to hide behind this rich greenery. Interesting, but it's not immediately clear if I like it or not 🤔

The second version is indeed more interesting than the first, it smells fresher and more herbaceous. The floral notes aren't as intrusive, and the addition of aquatic nuances and the scent of freshly cut grass gives it lightness 🌿

I liked Gucci Bloom much more! 🌸 If in that one the flowers seem to explode, here you feel freshness and greenery, which makes it lighter and more summery ☀️ In winter, of course, it's not the most suitable option, but I'll definitely think about buying it for summer 😄 For now, I've only tested it on a blotter, I'll need to try it on my skin
