How to apply perfume to clothes and hair without stains and damage

Lucien Ferrero is a true genius of perfumery, whose destiny was predetermined by the very cradle of fragrances—Grasse. Born into a family dedicated to the production of precious perfume ingredients, he absorbed a love for the fragrant fields of Provence with his mother's milk. Although he began his journey by studying agronomy, the call of his heart led him back to the world of scents. After serving in the army, Lucien immersed himself in the craft by enrolling in the famous Givaudan perfume school, which became the starting point of his brilliant career.
Starting out creating fragrances for cosmetics at Givaudan, Ferrero quickly demonstrated his talent and was transferred to the Paris division. It was here that he blossomed as a creator, spending decades creating fragrances for the biggest names in the industry, often remaining behind the scenes — the fate of many great "noses." His early work laid the foundation for his future legend, allowing him to hone his signature style, in which impeccable technique meets poetic vision.
Among Lucien Ferrero's iconic creations are the masculine and charismatic Bogart for Jacques Bogart, as well as a number of outstanding compositions for the historic Lubin. It was for Lubin that he created the sensual Nuit de Longchamp, the elegant L de Lubin, and the impeccable Le Vetiver, which have become benchmarks for connoisseurs. His ability to work with classic forms, breathing modernity into them, quickly made him a sought-after author in the world of niche perfumery.
Ferrero's signature style, where powerful naturalness meets a subtle emotional component, has resonated with contemporary independent brands. For the Italian Laboratorio Olfattivo, he created the passionate Tantrico and the innovative Vetyverso. His talent also graced the portfolio of Maison Tahité with the fragrance Floranilla and the brand Les Parfums Suspendus with the exquisite composition Tonka Ambree & Edelweiss. These works demonstrate his incredible flexibility and ability to capture the very essence of a brand.
In 2019, his accumulated experience and creative freedom culminated in the debut of his personal brand, Lucien Ferrero Maître Parfumeur. The collection started with a diptych about love: the delicate Par Amour pour Elle and the noble Par Amour pour Lui, as well as the crystal-clear Seringa Blanc. They were soon joined by the soothing Harmonie Pastorale and the incredibly refined floral masterpiece Sakura Imperial. These fragrances are the quintessence of his philosophy, where each note sounds conscious and soulful.
Lucien Ferrero is not only a practitioner but also a wise mentor. He generously shares his knowledge, lecturing at the European University of Aromas and Flavors, educating a new generation of perfumers. His journey from the fields of Grasse to the heights of niche perfumery and the creation of his own House is a story of loyalty to his calling. Ferrero has proven that genuine talent, based on deep knowledge and a sensual perception of the world, can create timeless fragrances that resonate in the hearts of the most discerning connoisseurs.
