Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of DOT Collection №8 unfolds as a living composition, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The style of Bic is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Citrus, Wood and Ambery. At family level the fragrance belongs to Fern and Wood.

From the first breath you sense radiant lemon-bergamot first notes: Bergamot, Grapefruit and Lemon. These 3 notes set a burst of citrus freshness that is impossible to miss.

When the opening settles you meet Patchouli, Vetiver and White Cedar keeping a structural woody direction. At the foundation the structure settles through Ambergris, reinforcing a viscous resinous trail.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Wood and Amber with each one in a clear role. The stylistic positioning is masculine, which clarifies the composition character.

Overall DOT Collection №8 sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The fragrance is mainly citrus, but with a sour undertone and earthy patchouli notes. Unfortunately, there's no development, and it remains monotonous throughout wear. Overall, not a bad option, especially considering its price )
