Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Douleur! evolves as a living composition, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The signature of Bogue comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Perfume extract sets the depth and body this composition needs.

In a unified mixed pyramid the notes arrive together with a resinous voluminous mood: Benzoin, Civet, Cotton Candy, Melon, Mint, Oak moss and Rose.

The middle and base stages are read as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Animalistic, Aromatic, Gourmet and Floral without random overlap. Secondary accord layers such as Fruit, Wood and Marine enrich the profile without taking over.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Balsamic, Animals, Sweet and Fruit. The palette also extends to Aromatic, Earthy / Mossy, Floral and Wood.
