Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Noun unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The style of Bogue is evident in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Aromatic, Balsamic, Citrus and Spicy. It also reaches into Fruit, Green, Wood and Floral. At family level the scent maps to Aromatic and East.

When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a noble cedar mood: Basil, Benzoin, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Blackcurrant, Buchu and Cedar.

The deeper layers are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Balsamic, Aromatic, Citrus and Gourmet with each one in a clear role. Secondary accord layers such as Floral, Fruit, Wood and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over.

Overall Noun sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best experienced in wear.
